Information (2003) "Diversity-Program / Green Card" Lottery
"GREEN
CARD LOTTERY" DIVERSITY VISA PROGRAM (November
1, 2003 - December 30, 2003)
The Diversity Visa Program is an annual
visa program administered by the Department of State; foreign nationals
from eligible countries apply for the opportunity to apply for one of 50,000
immigrant visas made available each year. In the past, the application
was filed via mail; this year's "green card" lottery program is limited
solely to
E-filing (internet filing), by accessing
a specifically designated Internet website (see link below). The
submission period, via on-line/internet, is November 1, 2003 - December
30, 2003.
Note:
On-line submission via the internet is the only method of filing
(see link below).
Note:
Digital photos (jpeg format) will be necessary. (See link below for
details.)
Note:
The "submission" function/section of the link/site below, will be activated
on November 1, 2003 (filing period commencement date).
